Bike to Work Day is organized locally by Bike to the Future, an inclusive group of concerned citizens working to make cycling in Winnipeg a safe, enjoyable, accessible and convenient transportation choice year-round.

The organizers would especially like to thank the City of Winnipeg for their generous encouragement, participation and financial support.

The Climate Change Connection, the Manitoba Cycling Association, Resource Conservation Manitoba, and the Winnipeg Trails Association were leaders in planning this event, but important thanks goes out to the numerous organizations for playing a key part in the promotion.
